1. MHF’s role
MHF provides information, administrative support and coordination. MHF is not a hospital, emergency service, insurer or treating medical provider. Diagnoses, treatment recommendations, outcomes, admission and discharge decisions belong to licensed clinicians and healthcare institutions.
2. No guarantee
Hospital availability, visa decisions, cost estimates, timelines and medical outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Preliminary plans can change after examination, new tests or a change in clinical condition.
3. User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, disclose relevant medical history, verify names and documents, protect account or communication access, and seek urgent local care when needed. A patient should not stop medication or delay emergency treatment based on website content.
4. Estimates and payments
Any estimate is indicative unless confirmed in writing by the relevant provider. Users should understand inclusions, exclusions, currency, taxes, deposits, refund terms and variable items before payment. Payments requested by a hospital remain subject to that hospital’s terms.
5. Travel and immigration
Users are responsible for passports, visas, entry conditions, insurance, tickets and compliance with official requirements. MHF may help organize documents but cannot issue a visa or guarantee approval.
6. Website content and acceptable use
Content is provided for general information and may change. Users may not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access, scrape personal data, impersonate another person, transmit malware or use the site unlawfully.
7. Third-party providers
Hospitals, doctors, hotels, airlines, laboratories and other third parties provide services under their own professional duties and terms. MHF is not responsible for decisions or acts exclusively controlled by those independent parties, subject to applicable law.
8. Changes, disputes and severability
Terms may be updated when services or legal requirements change. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue where permitted. Applicable law and dispute procedures should be confirmed by qualified counsel for the contracting MHF entity and customer jurisdiction.
